The Ramblings of Denira

I’m so thankful that I have this week off for spring break!! I wish I was lying on the beach somewhere, but instead I’m at home. Nevertheless…it’s still nice to have some time off. The only problem is that all my friends and my husband are working…so that kinda makes things a little boring. I’ve got tons of things to do this week though…..

- I gotta pack. Our house should be finished in a couple of weeks and I want to be ready to move the minute it is.
_ Gotta get ready for our yard sale we are having on Saturday. We have so much stuff to get rid of….hopefully it won’t rain!
- need to take lots of books and dvds to mckays to get rid of them
-have girls night tonight to watch the bachelor
-Tomorrow night we’re going out with all of our closest friends to celebrate Matt’s birthday
- I’ll be 12 weeks on Wednesday and have my next Dr. appointment on friday.

So it’s not lying on a beach somewhere, but at least I’ll have time to get some much needed stuff done!!! (I hope at least!!!)

Here’s a jumbled run down of what’s been going on lately….

**Got to see Charlie Hall at Johnson Bible College this past Friday. It was a lot of fun to see him. I also had fun hanging out with Melissa, Chris and Bobby at IHOP afterwards!!!

**Bobby and I spent Saturday shopping and going to the mountains….it was some much needed time out of town!!!

** Got Monday out of school due to so many people being sick.

** Had a blast with Melissa and Deena on Monday night. We ate at stir fry and saw Penelope. Great Movie!!

** Came down with some type of sickness on Tuesday and have been down since then. I’m hoping that it’s not the flu!! My temp is finally down and am starting to feel better!!!

** Hit the 9 week mark on Wednesday!! Things still seem to be going okay and I’m very happy about that.

** God’s still teaching me about total dependence on him…and I’m loving it!!!
